At Gyde, we are committed to providing a safe, secure, and harassment-free experience for all merchants and their customers. We have a zero-tolerance policy for abuse of our platform. If you believe these guidelines are being violated, please report it to us.

Prohibited Content and Behavior

Nudity and Sexual Content

Quizzes must not contain, link to, or promote nudity, sexually explicit material, or pornographic content of any kind. Any content that sexualizes or targets minors will result in immediate account termination and will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

Harassment, Bullying, and Hate Speech

You may not use Gyde to distribute content that promotes hate, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age, sexual orientation, or gender identity. Content that threatens, harasses, or bullies any person is strictly prohibited.

Malware and Malicious Content

You may not use the App to transmit malware, viruses, destructive code, or any content designed to harm or interfere with the operation of devices, networks, or systems. This includes content that installs software without user consent or redirects users to malicious destinations.

Phishing and Fraud

Quizzes must not be used to deceive users into submitting sensitive personal information under false pretenses. This includes impersonating legitimate businesses, collecting login credentials, or luring users into fraudulent schemes.

Collecting Sensitive Information

You may not configure quizzes to collect sensitive personal data such as:

• Payment card numbers or banking details
• Government-issued ID numbers (e.g., Social Security Numbers, passport numbers)
• Passwords or account credentials
• Full date of birth combined with other identifying information

If you collect other sensitive data (such as health-related information), you must ensure you have a lawful basis for doing so and that appropriate disclosures are made to respondents.

Copyright Infringement

You may not use Gyde to reproduce, distribute, or display content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe content in a quiz violates your copyright, please notify us using the contact details below.

Violation of Shopify Policies

Merchants using Gyde must also comply with Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy and Shopify's Terms of Service. Any use of the App that violates Shopify's policies may result in removal from the Shopify App Store.

How to Report Abuse

If you believe a quiz created with Gyde violates any of the guidelines above, please contact us directly:

• The URL of the quiz or the Shopify store involved
• A description of the violation
• Any relevant screenshots or evidence

We review all reports and will take appropriate action, which may include removing the content, suspending the account, or contacting relevant authorities.
